I don't think a lot of people are surprised that Illinois appears to have turned things around, but that it's happened so fast has certainly raised some eyebrows.Down year for the Big Ten? Maybe. Definitely for Minnesota, where my father went and I took some summer classes. How long until the Gophers get out of the dome? It's not soon enough.
