This is from the press box Saturday for Alabama at Vanderbilt, before it really started to rain. Actually, this is the opening kickoff, but what's interesting to note are the number of people in the stands wearing red (or crimson). Because Vanderbilt offered a season-ticket package starting at $99, a number of Alabama fans purchased season tickets just for this game and then sold the rest off.Now that's dedication.
You may also notice that despite covering the visiting team I was sitting at the 50. That was probably a first for me.
